Today I created a fairly realistic interpretation of Berthold.  The legend was not on this image at the time of scanning it in, but I don't think it is too difficult to figure out the map.
    Green: Vegetation
    Red: Farm Field
    Blue: Water
    Orange: Structures
    Black: Roads and Lots
